A La Carte Services:

There is a minimum of a one-hour charge for all services provided.

Personal Services     starting at $25/hour

Senior Services       starting at $22.50/hour (reflects 10% discount)

Business Services    starting at $30/hour

Short and Long-Term Contracts are available at a discount.

POLICIES: 

Hours of Operation

Normal hours of operation are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Scheduling

All services require 24-48 hour notice depending upon complexity. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur an additional fee.

We do offer after-hours and RUSH service.  Additional fees may apply.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and will incur a $25 fee.  If less than 24 hours notice is given the entire amount will be charged.

Payments

All services must be paid in advance. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, cash or money orders made payable to Boutique Concierge Services, LLC. All personal checks must clear before services are rendered.  The cost of services supplied by Boutique Concierge Services, LLC does not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request and client service accounts will be arranged for this purpose.

Time & Mileage

Time begins when the Boutique Concierge Services, LLC representative leaves the office or your home. The first 30 miles of travel are included in the cost. Any travel over 30 miles will be billed at the government’s standard rate per mile.

Access to Property

If the contracted service requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow Boutique Concierge Services, LLC access to the property. If, for any reason, Boutique Concierge Services, LLC cannot gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client.

Contract & Policies

Clients will be presented with a contract for services and copy of full policies and procedures prior to the commencement of services.

Privacy Policy

All personal and credit card information collected by Boutique Concierge Services, LLC will be solely for the purposes of providing the service contracted by the client.  At no time will any of the client’s information be given to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Boutique Concierge Services, LLC or at the express direction of the client.
